Timothy Bullock is the pastor of Oasis Temple of Grace in Duluth GA, and the third of eight children born to Dr. Melvin Bullock, Sr., pastor of Fisher of Men Church in Henderson NC, and Azusa Church of our Lord Jesus Christ in Roxboro NC. He owes his spiritual heritage to his roots in COOLJC, a Oneness Pentecostal organization founded by Bishop R. C. Lawson, and headed by Bishop W. L. Bonner. He owes his academic heritage to a family structure that stresses educational excellence as an irreplaceable ingredient for contribution to society and the wealth of humanity. Having studied at St. Paul's School in Concord NH and Duke University in Durham NC, Pastor Bullock brings a gift of critical thinking and exegetical precision to the Body of Christ. He reveres the Word of God and honors it by teaching and interpreting with clarity and intellectual honesty. It seemed good to the Lord to use Pastor Bullock's greatest personal failure as a means to secure his greatest spiritual and ministerial success. Following the collapse of his 17 year marriage, the Holy Spirit seized the opportunity to reveal unto him the full scope of grace, an illumination that would have been otherwise impossible. He has since received a defining charge from God to lift up the gospel of liberty in the new covenant that has prevailed over the chains of legalism by the blood of Jesus Christ.
