Roses For Betty And Other Stories: The Writivism Anthology 2015

This exciting anthology of short stories showcases the work of 13 emerging writers from the African continent, finalists in the Center for African Cultural Excellence's Writivism Short Story Competition 2015. Now in its third year, this increasingly popular annual competition attracted over 250 entries from countries as far afield as Botswana, Tanzania, Nigeria and Rwanda, to name but a few. The best of the stories were selected by a panel of judges chaired by Chika Unigwe, and including Mukoma Wa Ngugi, Rachel Zadok, Tendai Huchu and Ainehi Edoro. The anthology is edited by Sumayya Lee and Emmanuel Sigauke.
