Antonello Mellow Fellow: A Breathwork Book for Kids

Antonello is 9 year old boy that keeps mellow by practicing breathwork. He teaches the reader square breathing through fun rhyme. This instructional lesson is intended to introduce a self soothing technique to children. Parents and educators are presented an opportunity to discuss with children about events that cause fear and anxiety and how to cope with tough emotions.
