Samson Yung-Abu proposes that one of the most important fundamentals to help us meet daily expectations and live a highly healthy, productive, and peaceful life is understanding when and how to start our day right.

 

The author also provides that often we do know better, but we still fail at doing better with what we know. The author believes that the missing keystone to doing better with what we know is our inability to think positively. However, to maximise positive thinking, the author proposes that we need the pace and space for it. This is where 5 AM shines at best.
