As you open a cookbook to find the right ingredients and the right strategy to get the meal you crave, this guide is trying to help you get the right tools and the correct way to apply them. You can find solution for your problems seeing videos or reading books, but I never found a simple guide with easy recipes together.
So, I gathered all the information under one cover, as per my experience with clients, friends and even my own personal in this small eBook to help you and make your life easier.
As a therapist, I noticed similar questions and similar struggles that couples around the world are facing, no matter their background, nationality, age, if they are married or only in a relationship.
The guide will help you as "cookbook" to find solutions even if you are not doing therapy or just considering therapy, during therapy as a homework tool and post therapy as a reminder or a quick fixer once you face a couple problem. Just pull it out, check the solution for your problem, fix it and continue your day.
