Jimmy and Nicole Turner's brother-sister trip to the Black Hills and the iconic Mount Rushmore was supposed to allow them to reconnect and relax. But when they pick up Kira, a beautiful hitchhiker on the run, that plan goes out the window at eighty miles per hour.
Kira claims she's being chased by a motorcycle gang that may or may not be planning an act of terror or insurrection.
