Kompletní popis

Currently, in view of an increasingly competitive market and highly demanding consumers, it is essential in construction project management to have a more holistic view and perception of the project from three fundamental perspectives: that of the designer, the contractor, and the owner. In summary, it can be said that the methodology adopted in this study focuses on the use of an integrated process based on a model where projects are created as intelligent objects, allowing for their modeling, analysis, and collaboration at any stage of the project life cycle, known as BIM-IPD (Building Information Modeling-Integrated Project Delivery). In the first stage, the BIM process will be introduced in the design phase of a single-family residential building, allowing for the analysis of the integration and interoperability between the different specialties that make up the project, automatically extracting the final quantities of work. The second phase consists of constructing the building based on the global model, allowing for the prior analysis of errors and omissions and synchronization between the project and construction management.
