I can't do it, I just can't" Erthea has lost its Supreme Being and with it Erthea is plunging into choas. The previous Higher had demanded that there should be only one god and it is up to the four Elder gods to find that being and succumb their positions and power to the chosen one. Eha is a youngling Carrier of dead souls, known as a Taker. She goes about her daily business not really caring what goes on around her. She just does her job. Then she is told she has been chosen to be the new Higher, and all of a sudden she is thrown into a world of power and jealousy. Her only support is a blond Deliverer, but her heart betrays her and soon she is at the centre of a war that could destroy Erthea forever
