An organization is a set of resources that combine to produce goods and services. One of these resources is human resources (HR), i.e. the men and women who are mobilized by the organization. Thus, in the activities reserved for Human Resources Management, certain functions occupy an important place in connection with Training Engineering and Employment Systems.
