Scientists, educationalists and representatives of industry and politics from Europe and overseas met at the 2nd IN-TELE conference which was taking place from 16-18 September 1999 at the Friedrich Schiller University of Jena, in order to negotiate different perspectives and also controversial positions of the central subject of the conference: «Internet-based teaching and learning». Wissenschaftler, Pädagogen und Vertreter aus Wirtschaft und Politik aus Europa und Übersee nahmen an der 2. IN-TELE Konferenz teil, die vom 16. bis 18. September 1999 an der Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena ausgerichtet wurde. Ziel der Konferenz war der Austausch unterschiedlicher Perspektiven und teils kontroverser Positionen um das zentrale Thema «Internetbasiertes Lehren und Lernen». Des scientifiques, pédagogues et représentants des secteurs économiques et politiques d'Europe et d'outre-mer ont participé au deuxičme colloque IN-TELE qui s'est tenu du 16 au 18 septembre 1999 ŕ l'Université Friedrich-Schiller de Jena. Ils y ont échangé différents points de vue, parfois opposés, autour du thčme central «enseigner et apprendre avec Internet».
