The land use allocation framework contributes to the proper management and development of the area. This study aims to design an efficient, science-based method for achieving optimal land use allocation. The concept assumes that effective allocation is influenced by integrated environmental, social, and economic components. The proposed methodology may serve as an approach to area development by identifying goods and services based on sustainability principles and supporting policymakers in developing guidelines relevant to forestry, environmental protection, and rural development. The results of the study may also facilitate policy formulation to minimize adverse impacts caused by unplanned or inappropriate land use allocation. Furthermore, the study provides recommendations for stakeholders regarding optimal land use practices and contributes to the advancement of science and technology in forestry and environmental resource management. Ultimately, it offers planners and decision-makers a stronger basis for integrated land use planning and the implementation of sustainable rural development strategies.
