The study aimed to identify the usability challenges in existing E-banking and mobile banking applications in Somalia and develop an application that addresses these challenges. The study also evaluated the usability of the proposed application. Both quantitative and qualitative analyses were used in this study. For qualitative analysis, a review and analysis were done.
