This book first elaborates on the challenges faced by communication operators, especially those in China, and the urgent motivation for enterprises to transform. Current communication operators are striving to carry out certain technological research and business innovation, but compared to top enterprises, the pace is relatively slow and the prospects are not clear enough. Then, the basic data collection and processing capabilities necessary for enterprise transformation were discussed, and a provincial-level company was taken as an actual case study.
