Jean-Claude Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren star in this 1990s sci-fi action feature directed by Roland Emmerich. Luc Deveraux (Van Damme) and Andrew Scott (Lundgren) are soldiers who were killed in action in Vietnam, then frozen and resurrected as robotic killing machines, with memories of their past lives erased.
